Lomi Lomi

Lomi Lomi is the flowing of energy, using long, contiunuos stroke going under and over the body combined with the loving and nurturing touch of the therapists hands relaxing you into a bliss state of mind, assisting you in letting go. Lomi Lomi helps with healing on the mental, emotional and spritual levels. 

During the treatment, you will be asked to lay directly on the vinyl of the table as this allows the therapist to go under the body without towels getting in the way of the flow of the massage. You may be covered with a small towel to cover the groin area, however if you wish to go undraped (fully nude) then please let me know, when making you appointment. 
During the massage, I will ask you to turn over as this will allow you to have the full, body experience. Please let me know of any illnesses or areas in which you wish not to have massaged. 
During the winter months, the room will be heated to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed, and warm grapeseed oil will then be applied to your skin.

Whilst massage involves a certain level of intimacy and my intention is for you to feel nurtured and cared for, the treatments I offer are not intended to be sexual in nature. Many of my clients are more comfortable being naked and uncovered during the session and I am perfectly comfortable with this.  In many ways it allows for a more flowing massage.  Many clients find this allows for a deeper level of trust.
